MOORESVILLE, N.C. — One person is dead and another is being treated for injuries after a home collapsed due to an explosion in Mooresville, North Carolina. According to Iredell County Emergency Management, the explosion happened around midnight Monday on Barber Loop Road near Old Arborway Road. ABC Affiliate WSOC said first responders were called to the home on a reported explosion. When emergency workers arrived they found one person who was able to get out.

Deborah Ann Harry is a well-known American singer, songwriter, and actor who is best known for being the lead singer of the band Blondie. Angela Trimble gave birth to Deborah Ann Harry on July 1, 1945. Four of her songs with the band reached their peak at No. 1 on the US charts between 1979 and 1981. At the age of three months, she was adopted by Catherine and Richard Harry, proprietors of a gift business in Hawthorne, New Jersey, and given the new name Deborah Ann Harry.

House Minority Whip Steny H.
